Biscuit and special store?

i am a student from Taiwan and now i am doing a report about opening a drink store in Landon, UK. and could you please give me your opinion what are your favourite biscuit name or what special store that can do Strategic Alliance from different business fields with drink store.

and please give me the biscuit's company's name and the special store's name as well.

I can't understand your question? Do you mean London? Biscuits...yes you can buy them from Tesco or Sainsbury's. Drink and biscuits....sorry you've got me
