true transsexuals aren't really "Men who had s*x changes". They are female on the inside, and just have the wrong outside, therefore they seek s*x reassigment surgery.

But I understand what you're getting at. As a bisexual woman, if the transsexual was true (female on the inside),  I would not differentiate them from any other natal (born) woman.

My own experience is that most women don't like T-girls.  Personally I'd love to find one who does.
