Question:

Bissell 3510 Vac with loud noise but not belt

Have Bissell 3510 vac. that makes a racket when you turn it on.Cked base & belt, but not there but in the motor base assembly. Have got schematic, but not sure what I am looking for or is it worth the time? Thanks,Gary
