Bissell 630 w

Question

I am having a problem with my new vacuum. I used it twice and I no longer have jun going into the pail. I cleared the lower suction tube and cleaned the filters and stillnothing going in. I have only had it for about a month and bought it t Wal-Mart. an you help?
