Bissell Pro Tech Pro Steam Cleaner - no suction @...

Question

Hi There,
Problem - no water or soap flow when depressing the trigger.
Check belts - both ok!
Lines do not appear to be clogged however I did blow some air though them.
Pulled lower top cover to expose pump. Pulled line off pump - no suction? Should I get noticeable suction from the pump?

any thoughts?
