Question:

Bissell Vacuum 5770 intermitent spinning brushes

Help me Please!! Bissell 5770 ( 14 M. old ). Sometimes the vacuum brushes spin..sometimes they won't. tried power on / off, tried reseating the attachment hose. Have to "push start the brushes" Wife is VERY flabergasted!
