Bissell spot bot. When I turn it on, it stays on about 5 seconds, then all lights start flashing

When I turn it on, it stays on about 5 seconds, then all lights start flashing and the buzzer goes off that it is done. It also leaks fluid out from under it then. What could be wrong?
