When I weight train, I get a bit of veins popping out of my arms. 30mins later, it goes away.

Should I be worried that i'm lacking something in my diet? What causes this?

  4. Good question!

    But you are fine :)

Th large veins are a good sign!

It shows that you are moving more blood to the muscles :)

    Hope I could Help ^.^

  5.   Your veins are popping out as the result of increase muscle contraction as well as the body feeding the muscle demanded oxygen and other components- nothing to worry about

  6. Your vein seems to pop out because you are using your muscles and your muscles contract (it becomes tighter). Half an hour later, your muscles cool down so they stop contracting, thus your veins don't seem to pop out anymore. This is just a natural reaction. There is nothing to be worried about.

  7. No, there's nothing to worry about there. There's more blood flowing through your arms, that's all.

  8. no, its just because since you are working out and using more arm muscle, more blood is getting pumped in your veins and making them stick out more
