Bit torrent 6.1.1. slow download speed in Thailand...

Question

Im using a Huawei Smartex MT 880 ADSL broadband router. My download speed using bit torrent is slow, in fact 0.

All other types of downloads are fast, e-mail attachments etc.

The amber triangle in bit torret is always highlighted indication there is a problem with my network configuration. I have tried different port settings with the same result! No connection.
