    please dont connect a city ending with burg with burgers..its offensive

    by the way hamburgers come from german settlers

    named after the city hamburg

    and no i havent been there


  2. yeah.....why?  its by spangdalem airbase.....I did some contract work there and stayed in bitburg......can't say i like the beer though...why?

  3. No, but the late, ungreat President Reagan was there, and left wreaths at the graves of n**i war criminals.  Proof that he was an anti-Semite and was rapidly losing his marbles.

  4. Yeah, it's a boring small town with a tiny Altstadt near Trier.

    Reagan cause the "Bitburg Affair" by laying a wreath in a cemetery where SS officers are buried. What a dope!

    They also have an awesome beer called Bitburger, which you can buy in the States. It's a pilsener. Very crisp and light.
