Bitburger Open GP Gold: Henri Hurskainen topples Petr Koukal to storm into Men’s Singles round-of-16
Sweden’s spirited shuttler Henri Hurskainen powered his way into Men’s Singles round-of-16 after showing a great performance in the second round clash against Czech Republic’s Petr Koukal at the Bitburger Open GP Gold 2012 on Wednesday, October 31, in Germany.
The in-form Hurskainen, who is the seventh seeded player in Men’s Singles main draw of the championship, played with remarkable speed in all areas of the court and managed to finish up the match in 36 minutes without dropping any game.
Swedish player found an impressive start on court as he played with superb precision and managed to end up the contest in straight games quite easily with a tremendous margin on score board.
The lower ranked Koukal, on the contrary, failed to create a strong resistance at any stage on court and remained unable to cope up with the pace of rallies. He lost the contest without showing any considerable performance.

Hurskainen entertained the crowd with his incredible skills that helped him to stay in lead in the concluding half.
The impressive play of Hurskainen showed wonderful performance all the way to end up the second set with a 21-15 score on the board.
Hurskainen emerged as the winner against Koukal as he ended up the battle with a controlled margin of 21-15 and 21-15.
