My orthodontist doesn't seem to speak normal English at all - all I could get out of him was that next appointment they will put on "bite blocks."

What is this? He uses Damon system, for all it's worth.

  1. i'm not sure about the damon system but i do know about bite blocks there pretty much rubber squares designed to fit in your mouth.

They slip in, in the side of your mouth and rest next to your cheek and between your upper and lower teeth (only one bite block is used) so your teeth can bite down on the block. It releases the stress and aches from the jaw from opening too long. There pretty comfy.
