I often bite myself while eating, sleeping, and even while doing nothing, no talking, no eating, no sleeping, my brain just goes ahead order my teeth bite myself inside my mouth and as the result of the bites, I have cranker sore. Is there a way to stopping bitting myself? I believe my system missing some kind of vitamins, minerals, or whatever causing this. I am not looking for cranker sore healer but stop bitting myself completely. Thanks.

  1. It probably has to do with the way your teeth come together as opposed to missing some type of nutritional supplements.  You should ask your dentist or find a dentist to evaluate this.  They may recommend some kind of appliance or splint that you would wear keep yourself from doing this.

  2. its due to nervousness & mental tension. You need to get calmed down. Go to a dentist, he will give an appliance like a retainer to discourage you from biting.
