Bitmap image are very big in size but good in quality, other hand jpeg are very good in quality also and small in size and its a popular image format that u can use..like for music popular formate is MP3..just like this

to change a bitmap image to a jpeg/jpg...right click on the image,on dropdown ,click on save as....on the browse box type in name of "image.jpg" without a space between dot and jpg
