Bizarre dream - i'm possibly crazy, plz see what you think

Question

I had a dream that i was in my old victorian childhood house, walking through the living room and noticed there was a top hat on the wall (never was there before), then I entered the kitchen ad heard the 'ding' onbread-makermaker so i went over it. i opened it up to take the bread out but ended up pulling out a small monkey and called Tree.com.

Hmm... very weird and on the verge of craziness probably but what on earth does it mean?
