Black Cab "taxi"?

We are planning to buy a black cab, and i would like to know what documents do we need in order to be able to use our taxi?

for instance what documents or permissions?

Where are you at, what level of service do you wish to offer?

Each area is different as far as licensing for different services go.

Go to city hall (business license section). Get a copy of the codes and regulations for taxis (Vehicles for hire). It should tell you the costs for the business license, type and amount of insurance... (I use Canal Ins. for my cabs). That should get you started.
