Question:

Black Gums? Bad Breath?

So i have black gums, and i dont think its the mix of race thing.

Because im a full filipino and the blackish/grayish part is on top of 4 teeth.

Why do i have bad breath? I girgle every morning, brush my teeth 2 times a day, and i use mouth rinse.

  1. Take a look at your tounge several times during the day.  Does your tounge have a white film on it?  There is your problem.  Use a tounge brush a couple times a day and scrape off the white funk on your tounge.  Then make sure you stay nice and hydrated with WATER during the day.  


  2. Gingivitis? You should visit a dentist or look up your symptoms to get a diagnosis.

  3. Sounds like you need to see your dentist to evaluate your periodontal health. Gum disease can give you both black gums and bad breath.Good luck!
