Black Moor Help? Disease Possibly? TEN POINTS!?

okay well i just got two black moors, their both relatively small. i have not introduced them to the community tank yet, i have kept them in a small carrier because i think their carrying a disease.On their noses it looks as though they almost have some cotton ball substance on it. It is white in color, and has been growing slowely. I know alot of common diseases but ive never seen this before..What can i give them to cure the disease, and what disease IS IT? When will it be safe to introduce them to the new tank?

Please this is urgent, dont leave stupid answers to get 2 flipping points. I really need help..ten points will be awarded to most accurate so dont make stuff up please..

This gets rid of it. It might not sound like its that listed on the box listed but it cures it. When My balas were small they would get that on there mouths.

Added: Dont introduce them into the tank untill the white is of there nose or they will spread it to the other fish.

I believe if Im correct it called velvet its been awhile since my fish last had it. Its a bacterial deases.

Ur blackmoor got the diesease called cotton-wool fungus diesease. Easy to remove it. Good thing that u put ur blackmoors in a quarentine tank, or else this diesease can spread very quickly to other fish.

Buy some medicines from petstore that IS written only cotton wool fungus dieasease medication. NOT FUNGUS DIESEASE MEDICATION. Its very confusing to chose the right kind of medicine. Follow the directions of the medicines and give the required amount of dosages within 2 weeks ur goldfish will get cured positively. After that put ur goldfish in another tank for a day to see if they are doing good. IF so then put it safely in ur community tank. Do 25% water changes every 3 days. on ur quarentine tank.

PS: Only follow the directions on the medicine. Give ur blackmoors the medicine as soon as possible or else the diesease will spread to all parts of the body and this easy curing diesease will become very difficult to cure.
