Black and White Woolen dress the black dye has run onto the white :(?

My Black and White favorite dress which mainly has the white on the trim has run :( So the white bits now look grey.

Is there anyway that I can clean it up? e.g. If I used clothing bleach, would it make the black on the Dress fayed?

Do not bleach!  I had a similar problem with a striped shirt because I washed it on too warm a setting.  Get some Shout (or whatever stain fighter you use) and spray the grayish areas of your dress.  Let the solution set for a bit, then go back with an old toothbrush and scrub that trim.  Re-wash (on cold), do not dry, spray the trim again, let it set again then scrub again (you may need to repeat the process a few times).  

It will work.
