Black and decker spacesaver coffee maker

I have the black and decker spacesaver coffee maker. The device will only brew about 1/3 of the water and then it stops brewing. If I turn off the device for a bit and turn it back on and repeat this several times, I will get most of the pot to brew.It is about 1 year old.Any suggestions
