Black and milds compared to cigarettes..

are black and milds considerably worse for you than cigarettes?

if they are inhaled they are about 7 times worse otherwise they are much better            p.s. nicotine from cigars can be absorbed through the lining of your mouth without inhale unlike cigarettes

If you inhale the cigars and smoke as many of them each day as a person smokes cigarettes, then they would be worse. So smoke mostly cigarettes, and just have a cigar on occasion, a couple of times a week maybe, and you will be fine.
