Black berry pearl email and IM?

Question

Hi, well 2 months ago my IM (instant messanger) wouldn't work so I decided to wait for it to work. Now though when I try to sign into yahoo messenger it'll give me a text message saying "4700 sucessful" when I'm not even logged in! Or it'll say try again or there's a communication error.

In my email I can't receive emails but I can send emails. I did a hard reset, sent a service book, used the host routing table, and I'm in a wirless coverage area!!! It still isn't working!!!!! Urgh!!!! Can some one help me thank you so much!!!!!! =D

P.s. my carrier is tmobile

Do you have a internet package or a Date and Text package if you dont thats the problem if this does not help Call T Mobile.

/ You can plug it into your computer and rewrite all the software through T-Mobile, but you'll loose all saved info except addresses
