Black bird?

Question

I have been totally stressed out about a number of things lately. This afternoon, i pulled up in my driveway and noticed a black bird sitting on my steps. My husband said it is an ominous sign. is he right?

No sign, just a bird taking a rest on your steps...

Some superstitious people would say so, but other people would just blame the migration patterns of the birds and their lack of long term energy. the poor bird most likely needed a place to rest for awhile.
