Black cat mutilation?

My friends and I came across a black and white cat lying in the middle of the street, with its entire bottom half missing. It was only it's shoulders down, cut perfectly. We suspected coyotes at first, but it was cut so perfectly as if a human had done it. Could it be witchcraft? How can we tell? Thank you.

Leave witchcraft out of it.  It's animal mutilation, regardless of the reason why, and I would report it to the authorities.  It may be nothing, or it may be some sick individual who will do it repeatedly until they are caught.

I don't give a freak if it's witchcraft, that is horrible and anyone who would hurt a poor innocent cat like that should die!  I don't say that a lot but people who abuse poor innocent animals deserve to die and rot in h**l!  I know if somebody did that to my cats, God forbid, I would literally shoot the person at point blank range and I wouldn't care if I got arrested NOBODY F!CKS WITH MY CATS AND LIVES!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I'm an animal lover and very close to my pets.  You harm them, I kill you.  It's as simple as that.

It could be anything. Witchcraft doesn't advocate killing animals like that. Anything you hear like that is myth and rumor and bald sensationalism. Witchcraft  as practiced in this time is a nature-based polytheistic religion that reveres life.

It's not witchcraft, it's either an accident or some sick individual. And there is no way you can tell by looking at the result. So let it go.
