  1. Eye liner. Not liquid stuff but felt-pen style eye-liner... it has more precision. Start at the centre of the eyes (near the nose) and do a sweeping motion outwards.

  2. i agree that it would be a felt tip.liquid liner for the top, reg pencil for the bottom you may want to experiment with fake lashes to really get her look, there is no way to do that without them. i recommend giving it a try. make sure you apply them before your makeup so prevent goopiness.

  3. Use a jet black liquid eyeliner and smooth it on your top and bottom eye lids keeping close to your eyelashes then get some black powder eye shadow and build up the intensity with a brush getting lighter and lighter as you move away from your eye. Then brush on a LOAD of mascara to get that wide open eye look =] looks fab in the pic btw!!

  4. 1.Brush on some concealer as a base for your eyeshadow.

2.Brush on black eyeshadow over your lids, but not any higher your eyelid creases.

3.Brush on gray eyeshadow on the crease and spread it up towards you eyebrow. ( Not to high. )

4.Line underneath your upper lashes thickly.

    5.Line your upper lashes thinly

6.Line your lower lashes, and move downwards as you do so almost like you are lining you lashes, and do it heavier in the corners of your eyes.

    7. If you have short lashes use fake lashes and use mascara to blend in the fake with the real. If not curl your lashes and put 2 coats on the top lashes and 1 on the bottem.

    8. Line your tear-ducts lightly with black eyeliner

  5. its sort of how i do mine, use liquid on top of your eyelid and pencil in the bottem and on the inside of your eye. add A LITTLE of black eyeshadow on the top, and dab a little on the bottom to keep it from smearing. finally, coat your top and bottom lashes with thick black mascara.

  6. eye liner (pencil) for the bottom, liquid liner for the top and LOADS of mascara. its not hard.

  7. What you'll need:

    Black eyeliner pencil.

    Cottom swabs.

    Eye Makeup Remover

    Beige/taupe eyeshadow. ( optional )

    Mascara.

    Small makeup brush (cut short)

    Eyelash Curler ( optional )

    Instructions:

    1.  Begin by cleaning your face thouroughly.  I reccomend a non-oil based eye makeup remover around your eyes to rid them of desbris,  Nutrogena (sorry for spelling!) makes a good one.

    2.  Pat skin dry and use a light weight moisturizer all over face.

    3.  Take a black eyeliner pencil (I prefer kohl pencils, which are a bit softer, but it's up to you.....just no liqiud!) and close your eye.  tug your eye out at the side a little bit and draw a line out of the corner, almost like you're doing a cat eye.  do the same on the other side and make sure they're both even.  This ensures that you'll be symmetrical and probably won't need to backtrack later.

    4.  With small strokes, a thin line as close to your lashline as possible from inner to outer corner on your top lid.  Once you've done that, begin to make it thicker until you're satisfied.  Do the same on the other eye, but keep it symmetrical.

    5.  Next, open your eye and tug down your lower lid just a tad, then line your eyes thickly as close to the lashline as possible, from innner to out corner.  Do on other eye.

    6. Blend a bit of taupe/beige eyeshadow on to your lids, it provides contrast.

    7.  Now, mascara.  You'll need to find one that works for you.  For me, it's Mabelline.  Begin by taking your short little makeup brush and dabbing it in the tube or on the mascara wand.  Tug open your eye and get it as close to your lashline as possible, near the roots.   This is especially important if you have blonde hair and lashes or something. This acts like a kind of eyeliner as well.  Then, take your wand and apply a ton of it.  Get it close to the roots, near the ends, in between, etc.  If you curl your lashes, be sure to do it beforehand.

That's all there is to it!  HOPE I HELPED. ;]

  8. Her eyes are lined top and bottom with black eyeliner.  She most likely applied liquid liner first, and then gently smudged over the lines with black powder liner applied with a brush.  That's how to achieve that smoky, mysterious look.  The line on the top lid is thicker than the line on the bottom, and you can't tell from the picture, but she probably put the black powder shadow all over her upper eyelid too.  She is wearing a lot of mascara, one that is volumizing and thickening.  I would recommend Dior Show or CoverGirl Lash Blast.
