Ok am tired of being a plain Jane....well more of a fat plain Jane...for those of you...not Sarah Plain kind of plain, but Plain null kinda plain ok?

My hair is growing but its taking too long!!! Anything to speed it up?

So in general am asking for my skin tone type what hair colors can I try? I have tried red, but not sure if I could pull it off again.....as a fat person. Also is it normal to get darker due to weight gain? Thats what happen to me, the shade I showed above is my new shade.....is that normal?

And what size for a 5'10 height female should I be? That will make my body look like this body:

Any more advice is welcomed. And yes my self esteem is just fine.

  1. Your body is a chart? Just exercise everyday for 30min to an hour and watch what you eat! Burn the same amount or more calories than you consume. And for your hair make sure you relaxe it when it needs it because it will break off if it is not treated right (moisturized) also look for some toning exercises when you get to your desired weight to tone that body up.

At 5'10", if you want to get that thin you should be around a size 4 or 6.  A good way to lose weight is to buy a treadmill or one of those Gazelle work out machines, and work out every day for about 30 minutes.  It helps when you watch television while you exercise.  One television program = the length of time for one work out.  It will go by faster when you have something to distract you.  Also, after dinner you should go out for a walk.  Just a leisurely walk.  It helps digestion, and gets you moving.  You could call up some friends, and walk around the neighborhood together.  Talking and being with friends will make the walking go by much faster.

    You should also eat healthier - fewer candies and chocolates, fried foods, fast foods, oil, butter, or eating out.  Rather than red meats, try chicken and fish.  Also, eat more salads and vegetables BUT don't go overboard on the dressing!!  That's where a lot of people go wrong.  They think eating a salad is healthy, but they soak it with dressing.  And you should set good portions.  Don't over eat.  You should eat many small meals, rather than few large meals.

    If you don't know how to cook healthy, you can order those Nutri System or Jenny Craig meals.  They send meals to your home, and you just have to heat them up.  They're already in the right portions so you know how much to eat.

    But you shouldn't over work yourself, or starve yourself.  You'll end up looking unattractive because if you lose weight too fast your skin will get all saggy and nasty.

    You should also let your hair grow out naturally, then get extensions.  Weaves look cheap and ugly.  In the time it takes for your hair to grow to a nice length (shoulder length), you'll have a s**y body!
