Black hair with blonde highlights?

Question

ok well im trying to get my parents on the same page about letting me dye my hair. i want to dye it black. but i think thats toooo plain so i want blonde highlights. i need some pictures of that kind of hair. i prefer kind of emo/'scene' hair pictures because thats the kind of hair i got. if cant me to much blonde though because i dont want to kill my hair..so yea can you help me?

my friend has naturally black haiirr, and she dyed her hair blonde. with black underneathh..and shes phillipino and it even looks gooddd with her skin tone. and it actually looked even cuter when her roots grew out and they were blackk
