Black layout, white middle?

for myspace

but when i put it on my page, i don't like how it covers up all my friends, general, etc. can you please give me the code/link to another layout very similar to the one there, only to the point where it does not interfere with the rest of my stuff on my page? (scroll boxes)

Its the same layout but i jss took out the codes that are hiding everything .

I thik i might have tooken out a hiding code you might still w
