Black lubricant seeping from bread machine

Hi!There is a blackish discharge coming from the bottom of my Welbilt ABM3400 bread machine. It is inside the bread pan on the bottom where the paddle sits. I want to know if it can be fixed, and if it is toxic.Thanks so much!Denise
