Black salamander with two thin yellow stripes, what is it?

My dog went after it, and actually caught it, so now i wonder what it is, because he had it in his mouth. im sure its nothing harmful.

im in VA by the way

tiger sal or some other kind of mole salamander. its harmless

harmless...it's just a common little harmless little cute thing...depending how you look at it : )
