Black screen on tv when turned on. The Tv turns on but nothing is on the screen. Not sure if the

The Tv turns on but nothing is on the screen. Not sure if the audio works because it is set to the digital in setting right now. Power indicator is on but there is a slow flashing light just above that isn't normally there.
