Question:

Black stripe on copies

I have a Xerox XC1040 copier. It has worked great. The other day I turned it on to make some copies and experienced a black stripe about 2 inches wide on the copies. I went through their suggestions for cleaning the transfer Corotron but this has not helped.

Any suggestions?
