They are made by capezzio and are like character shoes but you can get them with steel caps on the toes and heels for tap dancing.

They're like character shoes, but a bit more elegant with narrower and higher heels. They might otherwise be called 'Cabaret' shoes. The tan ones tend to look relatively green when you're also wearing tan tights.
