Black/transparent tv spots, from moistur) can they be fixed?

Was cleaning the screen, with a damp towel, There are now two black spots on each of the bottom corners of the screen.

Can they be corrected?

Inside the LCD assy are 4-6 different light differsers in front of the LCD itself. When water gets inside, usually there will be water between several layers and the only way to fix this it to dissasemble the panel assy and dry each one out. This is a difficult job and the lcd itself is a very thin glass and fragil. I would live with it unless it's real bad. I've tried to dry these out externally with heat and with just air. The plastic warps easily with heat and air spreads the water inside further.
