Black women: Have you ever been criticized for this?

Black women, have you ever been ridiculed by black men for admitting that you think a certain white male actor/athlete/singer etc is attractive?

To those of you that are not black women, have you ever overheard a conversation where a black women is being talked down to or made fun of for something like that?

i never ever heard a black male complain that a black girl was attracted to a white men.

on the other hand i have heard often and seen institutionalized white men giving a hard time to white girls who are attracted to a non white men. i mean severe harassment to the poor white girl and the guy she likes.

Black men are so double standard it is pitiful. I dated a few non-black men and everytime I went into a restaurant with them the white women started looking at us like we were a spectacle and what was he doing with me??? I also got sneered once by a Black man for being with a White man.  Most people feel that interacial desire and dating is only reserved for Black men- and Black men feel that way too. That may be why you get riddiculed.

yes, and don't let black guys that you know see you talking to or walking with a white dude ... they tend to want to be all in your business then, or trying to ask you out when they never did before.....

well, I wouldn't say with an athlete.....but one time I was with one of my black guy friends and I saw this white guy......I told my friend he is hot.......he got really mad at me

there was another time, this white guy asked me out and that same black guy friend of mine got so mad at me.....he didn't want me to hang out with him

but it was okay for him to look at white girls.......although he had a black girlfriend

I  honestly have never found a white dude attractive, they are all about the same to me

Not talked down to or made fun of, but I have witnessed

black men ogling white women in front of black women

just to make them insanely jealous.

But this is only once in a great while.
