Is there any way I can set the sound that I get when I receive a text message/email?

  1. Yes. You will need to edit your notification tones in the Profiles section.

    Go to Profiles > Advanced. Highlight the profile with the word "Active" next to it, press the BlackBerry menu key, then select Edit. You can then edit the different notification events for your e-mail account and SMS Text.
