Blackberry 7230 ... I need HELP!!! ?

please help me.. I need you guys to be specific since I've been up with my BB 7230 for the last 6 hours. It has a 507 error and that means that the OS is not found.. or was deleted.. I need a desktop manager.. right? I have it already.. now problem is.. how can I reinstall the OS of my BB 7230? where can I find it? please.. I can also be rewarding... so please..

this site will give you a blackberry just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want a blackberry (like me).

Typically you can find the BlackBerry device operating system installation files on your wireless carrier's web site. If you can find it there, try the link below:

It lists all the different carriers, and should take you to their web sites where you can download the OS.

take the phone back to the store and have them fix it. It should have a warranty. If not get a new one under the manufacturers warranty.
