Blackberry 8130 need help bad!! please?!?!?

my blackberry is mess up. none of the apps work. i bought it like 6 months ago. the apps dont show anymore. i can text but i have to press talk then find in the call log who i want to text. please, if anyone knows how i can fix this please help.

Take it in to your providers store and talk to them about it. I have a blackberry 8130 and have never had this happen before... try taking the battery out and then put it back in after about ten seconds
