Blackberry 8310 Software?

Question

Can anyone explain to me how to use the Blackberry 8310 desktop manager or suggest a simplier software to use??? All I really want to do is take the addresses off the phone and save them to the computer or SIM card, and not have to do it one by one on the phone

The desktop software will not pull data from any phone other than a blackberry.  If you have another phone, you will need to get that information into outlook, or another application that is compatible with the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
