Soon you'll be able to record video though, with a new update.

This phone does not currently allow the user to record video.  What I have done is saved whatever video I wanted to my computer and dragged it in the Media Manager.  As far as the message alert....

1. Select "Profiles" You may have to create a new profile.  I named mine my name.

2. Scroll down to "Advanced"

3. Highlight the profile you intend to change

4. Select "Edit"

5. Select "Messages"

6. Scroll to/select "Tunes"

From here on you should be able to select your different tunes. As long as your downloaded ring tone is saved in the "Ring Tones" category in your media section, it should show up in the list of files to select from. All of my uploaded files are usually near the top of the list.

When you get back to the main screen make sure you have selected your newly created profile as "active" or any changes you made will not be reflected.
