Where can I buy JUST the Blackberry Curve 8310 without the contract. AT&T will not replace my broken phone. I now have to buy it on my own.

There are several sites out there that sell new, unlocked GSM phones. Two of them are PureMobile.com and CellHut.com. Be aware that you will pay full retail price for these devices, as the prices aren't subsidized with a phone contract.

Another place to look (besides eBay) is BlackBerryForums.com. They have a Buy/Sell/Trade section and people sell devices there all the time.
