Blackberry Curve Signal Problems?

I have the blackberry curve for Verizon, and it's been working fine (it's pretty new) and now when people call me and I answer it, they can hear me..but i can't hear them. And if I call someone there is no sound and then when they answer, i can't hear them...what's goin on?

I own a BlackBerry Curve and have never seen that problem. Take it back to Verizon and tell them to fix it. You have to get in their face and make them listen to you. Sometimes Verizon has a tendency to push people around.

A lot of people take the Curve back within the first 24 hours bc it's too intimidating. Seriously, anything can be changed on the phone...it's just hard to figure out sometimes and they don't give you all the instructions. If they did, it'd be a 5000 page novel! Message me if you need any help!

I also have the blackberry from verizon. I don't have the same problem you do, but I think it may be too much gadget for me. I can't even figure out how to adjust the volume on the ringtone, or how to change the ringtone.
