Blackberry Curve Sounds for Email/Text Notices?

Question

How do I change the notice sound for my blackberry curve when I get an email or a text? I don't like the default but I can't find how to change it. I can only see how to change the ring tone.

I have a blackberry curve 8310, do you know how to turn off the confirmation tone when i send a message, it's sounds when i get my credit balance, it's driving me crazy??
