Blackberry Curve got wet & died. I'm wondering if I should get another one or if there's a better one

I got my AT&T BB curve wet and so that's pretty much it. Now I'm wondering if I should I get another one or look at other options. I liked the BB as far as the texting went. With it's qwerty keyboard, texting was a breeze. However, it wasn't much on features. No video camera, coulnd't figure out how to turn the ringer down, and not alot of interesting gadgets on it. I like the idea of a touchscreen phone but I really like the trackball feature of my BB. My boss has an iphone but since you can't get picture messages, it doesn't seem like it would be that great for me. I liked the size of the BB and the look of it. But I'm also looking at the new Palm Centro's. Which one is the better one as far as features? Blackberry Curve or Palm Centro? I did hear that the battery on the Palm didn't last too long. Any suggestions are appreciated.

i have a BB curve too and my charger port broke and they are making me pay to fix it even though it isn't physical damage. the bb is really hard to figure things out on. I suggest getting the Palm Centro because i dont like the BB anymore since this incident. I like the touch screen on the Palm Centro, and i think it's just better than the BB...it also does video, i dont know all the features on all of them, but i would definatly reccomend the Palm Centro because you can just get another batter for it, plus my brother texts like crazy and his fone has the same battery life as the Palm....All of my friends have had a BB  curve and all have had problems...so i dont reccomend getting another..hope this helped

The BlackBerry Curve now does video recording if you update it to the 4.5 operating system. I have the Curve 8320 from T-Mobile and am using the 4.5.0.55 operating system and I can record videos. I also get HTML e-mails as well.

I would recommend the Curve over the Palm Centro.

The majority of my friends who have centro's get aggrivated because if they have it in their purse or pocket it automatically calls people or gets on applications even when it's on screen lock.
