Blackberry Curve problems Please answer!!!?

Question

well i just got a curve about 3 months ago and when i shake it i can hear something moving around in there and when it vibrates its really annoying, also the trackball got stuck kind of so i took off the ring around it and cleaned it and when i put the ring back on it kind of broke (like the thingys collapsed so it wont go in completely) so i have At&t, will i get this fixed for free? and also how can i back up my adress back onto my pc in case they make me get another one?

they will not  replace it cuz you took the ring off.  you can order a new trackball and ring http://www.smartphoneparts.com  

back your berry  up  at least once a week  thru the desktop manager.

Yeah I doubt they will fix it because the ring broke off. I would have gone back the minute I heard that noise in the phone. I would replace ring and trackball like other person said.

So I have this oven and I ripped the door off it while cooking last night . . .  lol -- no they will not repair your BlackBerry.

I think you may have had some luck getting the broken piece inside fixed, but not after you took the ring and trackball off =(
