I was comparing phones on the Verizon Wireless page that are compatible with my current plan. I have a LG Chocolate VX8550. It has Mobile Web. Now, on the chart, I saw that the Curve does not support Mobile Web. Does this mean the web browser costs extra to use? Do I have to pay something like $30 to use it? I currently pay $5 extra for mobile web on my chocolate.

  1. The Blackberry Curve at Verizon Wireless does not use the mobile web.  It has a Blackberry browser.  It is going to cost $29.99 for an unlimited Blackberry package.

  2. Yes, Verizon requires a BlackBerry data plan if you are going to use a BlackBerry on their network. And the cost of the cheapest plan is $30 a month, as the first poster said.
