Blackberry Pearl 8110 Media help?

Question

i bought a media card but when i go to the Media manager and put music into my phone it says not enough space on the disk but i hate 3.9 Gb's left. or it says i can only upload 2.87 mb of audio song but i already have a song on my phone that is 7.86 mb's of song.

i go to options my media card is on. should i have my encryption mode on or set to none? and should i have my MAss Storage mode on?

anyone who can help me plzz do

it seems that you are putting your songs into phone memory not your sd card...(make sure that you are putting in external memory, not device memory)

encryption mode off

mass storage mode on
