Blackberry Pearl?

I am thinking of getting a Pink Blackberry Pearl and was wondering if the email was included with the price of $99 or if I would have to pay extra monthly. Also I would like any feedback on it from those of you that have it!! :)

Are you using Verizon? If so then the BlackBerry data plan will be extra on top of that $99. The $99 is just for unlimited talk.

i recently bought a blackberry curve after owning the pearl for about 6 months. the pearl is a great phone & while i found it just a touch too narrow for my taste i would recomend it to anyone at least to check out.

as far as the $99 simply everything plan from sprint i thought not a bad deal,,, it's simply everything,,, right?

well sprint being sprint throws you a curveball ( they have a knack for annoying their customers) apparently you dont get everything with the simply everything plan. when trying to check out it forces you to choose a data plan as well as your "simply everything plan" & the blackberry data plan is $39.99,,, so for $140 per month you get the lot for one phone.

depends on how many minutes you think you will use per month, but after checking i found that at&t have a 450 min plan for $40 plus $30 for the unlimited blackberry data plan & yes that includes email. as i said, depends on your call usage but $70 per month is pretty good if you dant make many calls.

plus sprint want to charge $249 for a pearl?????? after discount. you could pay like $300 for a phone with no plan & think you are better off doing what you want with it, but pay as you go plans as well as contracts still cost you & pay as you go usually ends up costing you more in the long run. any person with a modicom of sense will tell you that.
