Bl;ackberry Phone Problema!!! Super Important!!!!!?

OKay, I have a red blackberry pearl 8100, its like 6 months and just recently has started to randomly shut down whenever I've been listening To Music On it. When it turned off a red light came and it takes like 2 minutes to start it up again. Somebody plz help me cuz I do not want to hav to buy a new phone, blackberry's are expensive and i got it for my birthday. So plz help, and its not that the battery's dead because it could be charging and will still turn off. And it says full and I've taken out the battery and placed it back in again. I really need help. Im on a two year contract!!!

I had problems with mine, so I took it up to the At&t store..I dont know what they did but they messed with it and fixed it..just try that..you may not have that much of a problem at all..

You Gotta Check if The PDA is at Full Capacity.

if is not that i suggest you to use your PDA as a Phone

And a Personal Digital Assistant not as a Mp3 Player
