If its in your icons then yes, otherwise you don't have the application...I was bummed about this as well..I use the BB Pearl 8100 and I have the only model that cant record videos...just as well they're crappy anyways....it's better just to use the camera...and then use your actual digital camera for video instead of the phone...my experience:D
